We will be open from 1pm to 6pm on Halloween and in addition to our flash specials we will be offering discounts for non flash tattoos to those that are wearing a costume to celebrate the holiday. (Not applicable to flash specials and can not discount further than the shop minimum. The state of California says that everything gives you cancer.)
